Sharp pains and burns

Decisions to make

Too hard to concentrate

Feelings scattered

Dreams lost and shattered

Tossed to the ground

You say it's Heaven

But it must be Hell

The hole in which I fell

Deeper and deeper it goes

Tears flow

Drowing in my tears

Caught up in the fears

The hurt it caused

Without so much as a pause

No one ever rational

No heart wants pain

Nothing's left to gain

So why do we strive

Just to feel alive?
